A one or two hour consultation can help sellers get ‘list’ ready including evaluating curb appeal or a room by room analysis. We advise on areas to de-clutter and depersonalize and we will also recommend aesthetic repairs, evaluate room flow, provide staging tips and make carpet and paint recommendations. The list of recommended actions needed is provided for the homeowner to complete as desired, or Organized & Orderly can be hired to complete work.
We also work with clients offering an alternative to a traditional stager, providing a more cost effective solution if they have the basic furniture appropriate for staging. Organized & Orderly can provide accessories, including bedding, baskets for bathrooms, towels, candles, etc. that will make the home more appealing to a buyer.
